I've crawled through some of the information already and I know there is no single, correct answer to my next question but I'll try anyway: what would be a sensible timeout value instead of the 2 seconds used in the Mollie payment module? 


I've seen suggestions of using 'no limits' but then I read stories about people working on servers and having to kill off year-old curl requests that kept on running and running so 'no limit' is no good either, of course.

Any suggestions?
