jerome1491
Hello to the entire PrestaShop community, I am new to this tool and am having a problem since doing a 301 canonical redirect to my site. here is the error in image: I have searched a lot but I still can not find the solution to this day. From what I understand the 500 error is a SEO error, so a module returns the wrong url I think (which seems logical with the canonical 301 modification). I also found an empty index.php file here I tell myself that the 2 things are probably related but I can not find the solution, I do not understand what should be written in this file and which is not there. I specify that I have already tried some things: - empty the cache manually by deleting the folders in var / cache. - Use all PHP versions possible - deactivate all the modules by adding ".old" at the end of each one. All this did not work, which surprises me moreover if the problem came from the empty index.php file by deactivating the module that should have solved the problem but I am surely on the wrong track. I specify that only the Back Office is affected and not the Front Office This is why I am trying today to call for help from the community to overcome this problem which is certainly not so terrible. I hope so, anyway. If ever I made a presentation error in my post, please do not hesitate to tell me I will correct it as soon as possible. I thank in advance all the people who will help me. jerome1491
I specify that I just realized that other "index.php" files are empty in this module I still find that strange since by deactivating the module the problem is not resolved.
