Disabling the log-in module

Hello,

I have just instaled version 1.4.1.0. I have installed Prestashop as a catalogue rather than a full shop. I have a few questions regarding running Prestashop in catalogue mode.

Is it possible to display the price of the items in catalogue mode? With any catalogue, you can see the price but I cannot seem to do this in Prestashop.

Is it possbile to disable the 'log-in' and 'Your Account' options at the top right hand side of the screen? Surly if a site is operating in catalogue mode, these things should be disabled as a default.
