Hello, I have been trying to update my 1.6.10 website to the new 1.7.7.7

Here are the details. I have taken a real liking to @musicmaster Prestools_Suite and his copy_shopdata products. In which I was able to import all my data to a vanilla 1.6.10 install. So far so good!

Now after that I made some copies of that new 1.6.10 install on my localhost. I was then able to upgrade my 1.6.10 to 1.6.24. All is well and good everything seems to be working. So I made some more copies of the now 1.6.24 website.

So the first copy I pulled the trigger and went for the 1.7.7.7 upgrade and had some fun stuff happen. I have all the details on that round but find it useless to post as it didn't go so well.

Fast forward I took another one of my working 1.6.24 sites and uninstalled all the modules. The only one I had left was the the 1-click install. So I made yet more copies of the moduleless websites. Then I went for it again so from 1.6.24 to 1.7.7.7 with no modules installed. Also set for no backup and no picture back ups either. So just a full on upgrade on my local host from again 1.6.24 to 1.7.7.7 and bam another issue. So I will list this only issue I had which was a show stopper.

PHP 5.6.40 with plenty of head room memory wise.

MySQL 5.7.31 Collation utf8mb4_unicode_ci & utf8_general_ci

Here is the stopper.

Errors
[INTERNAL] C:\wamp64\www\xxx\classes\Tools.php line 43 - syntax error, unexpected 'const' (T_CONST), expecting variable (T_VARIABLE)

Trying to login to the back office I have this.

Oops... looks like an unexpected error occurred

Unknown locale code: en-us

[PrestaShop\PrestaShop\Core\Localization\Exception\LocalizationException 0]

Here is a couple snaps of my details below. I also fired up the Prestools_Suite and did some screen grabs on the integrity check page. It looks like I have more work to do based on the green screens.

Frustrating but I won't give up.  Any tips from you guys that might help???

Thanks in advance Billy
