waldgeist
Hi, im using Prestashop 1.7.7. with "Ap PageBuilder" modul and "At Gucci Version 4.0.7" template. Now I have installed a payment provider module (from unzer) - I activated it too. But the payment options (from the modul) are not displayed in the frontend-shop (in the ordering process on the payment page). In "Design">"Position" the module is shown correct. It is possible that the theme doesn't supports the payment module? Please help. Thanks and Regards Martin

Do you have any other external payment modules in hooks?
onlinequran
You make some mistakes kindly check that because most of time the non updated module will make this type of issue.
waldgeist
Hi, the "Unzer-Modul" is up-to-date. I also installed the "Bank Transfer" module - and that is displayed correctly on the frontend. And I think the hook is also correct ... see attachement But I don't know if the "Ap PageBuilder" is using its own hook ... because there exits a "Ap Hook Control Panel" ... see attachement (there I can also find the unzer Module). Please help!
