sara_hc
I created an online shop using Prestashop v1.7.6.8, I've been using it for several months and everything was fine. Today I tried to add a new product, but I found out that the dashboard view in the product section is totally messed up: it reminds me of a missing div in html or something like that, but no one ever touched the code. It gets worse if I try to add a product, for which the different pages are impossible to be used in order to add the data. I am attaching some screenshots highlighting the issue. How is it possible that it happened? How could I solve this issue? Thank you so much, Best Regards

sara_hc
Thank you so much for your reply, how could I do that? Moreover, is it possible it upgraded on its own? I've never made any php upgrade... Best Regards
endriu107
Not upgrade but downgrade because your prestashop version require php max 7.2 and you have probably 7.4 or 8.0 Now you need to login to your hosting panel and usually there is option to change php version, you can also contact with your hosting provider and they should guide you.
