Search specifik products dropdown

Hello
I hope I can explain what I'm looking for.
I want to add to a list ex caravan model, and based on the option I chose there, it will be displayed during another roll-out year.
And when I have chosen both, it shows the products based on it.

Uppdate:
I have manage to fix a little bit, but when i add the code : {widget name="pm_advancedsearch4" id_search_engine="2"}
I see it in like i add it on the page where i whan to show it.
