Glitched orders - having to manually change to "Payment Accepted"

Hello,

 

We are using Prestashop 1.6.0.11 - When we process orders, or customers process orders themselves sometimes an order will glitch, this will cause it not to appear in our email orders and we only notice this if we check through our order list manually.

 

This also causes invoices not to be sent out for the glitched orders, so we have to do it manually. The only way we can fix this is by changing it to "Payment accepted" manually which pulls all of the information through. Our payment system is "worldpay" could this be what's causing it?

We don't know what's causing it as there is no re-occuring factor or any similiarities.

Any ideas what could potentially cause this? Any help is highly appreciated.
