Avoid insertion of false users in PrestaShop

Hi

we having problems with customer accounts. Practically every day we have inserted from 5 to 10 false users in the store.

Already we install recaptcha v3 modules. The Recaptcha seems to be working properly but still inserting users automatically from different IPS worldwide. See img.

How can I avoid this false user insertion in the online store?

Hi,

As @ndiaga says unless you have user validation of each registration or a security system that checks email addresses accurately, I'm surprised you have this type of registration.

Personally, I use my captcha module for PrestaShop, invisible on customer registrations and I have absolutely no funny registrations.

There is also this module with reCAPTCHA V3 integration, for registration form, contact form and newsletter registration. You can hide Google badge, adn specify the score, according to Google doc.
