How to edit some product information more easily for multiple products?

Is there a possibility to more easily edit the product information such as price, quantity on stock etc? Because it's quite slow process to open each product and edit this information ... Is possible to see some kind of a table of all products in catalogue and edit some informations?
I would also like to define some information to be the same for all products in catalogue, for example I would like to have value 'Displayed text when in-stock:' for all products defined as 'On stock!'. The usual way for doing this is to go into each product global information settings and type this text for each product, but this process is very slow and unpractical ... How can I do this more efficiently? Thank you!l
