Product Import Error

I am trying to import products from a csv. I've resolved a lot of issues, butI'm getting an error that just says Errors ocurred: error so I have nno idea what it might be? I have looked at the products in the area where it has stopped but can't see anything that is different about them from other products.

Is there a way for me to see more details of what the error might be?

 

I have also tried re-ordering the products in the file and it stops on different productss, and different lines, initially it stopped on line 167, then 1609, now 1299 - all different products.

Hi,

some points you can check

• what field separator do you use? I had problems using any other separator as , (but you need to remove every , from the fields)
• did you try imports of reduced file to find out which line or column causes an error?
• did you try to activate the debug mode to see what PS says?

We are facing the same issue since a few weeks. Except for the data, the CSV table didn't change before. PS also just shows us "error", but not any additional information. Did you find a solution yet?

Okay so in our case the issue was caused by multishop. After we disabled multishop, the import feature worked again.
