What do you recommend?

-Ask a webmaster to make me a code request so that I can export my stock from Prestashop or buy a module already done?

-Same for customer order data (customer name, product purchased, date, time, etc.).

try Store Manager free version for export to see if it meets your needs, it allows exporting products, orders, customers etc.
