Bug in module product comments

Hello.
It seems that the latest version of the product reviews has a bug or maybe it's just me having problems. When you add a comment there is an error that the message could not be sent, but the message is sent and I can see it in the module. I don't understand what the problem is and why it gives an error if I can see the message in the module.
Can someone help me? Thank you

This is a paid module. what i know the comment module is their own native module not PrestaShop default module. If i am true. It will better you can contact the theme author to provide the update version .

From last few version of PrestaShop core include product ratting module. Which you can also used by removing third party theme module.

Did you check any js error occur at product page ?

Hello, I checked your site browser console and found that ajax request return success value. Your template overwrite the tpl file from theme where the error.

Even I have test our local development pc after update latest comment module it work fine ,the icon is for success. Error only show your site.

 

You can check your theme's module template area .
