Probleme transfert boutique ovh

Bonjour,

 

je suis occupé de transférer ma boutique depuis OVH vers hostgator. j ai bien transferé tous les fichiers et la BDD, j ai modifié le fichier pour mettre les nouveaux identifiants de la BDD ainsi que son nom, en allant sur la boutique transférer il m indique une erreur 500 j ai donc mis true dans le fichier defines.inc.php pour voir les erreurs il me donné sa : ( la version du php est bien la 7.4 et le fichier .hatccess et vide )

chez hostgator je n ai pas le choix j ai que 7.3 ou 7.4 donc le service technique m a fait modifié le fichier .htaccess, comment ci :

?? si l'infrastructure se mélange entre les versions c'est pas gagné. Rappelles donc le support de cette équipe de génie pour qu'ils règlent leur problème
