SQLSTATE[28000] [1045] Access denied for user ... [Doctrine\DBAL\Exception\ConnectionException 0]

Hi all,

I try an installation on an strato-webspace.

The installing-process was ok.

But now, if I Try to go to the ..admin/ area, I get this message:
 

"Oops... looks like an unexpected error occurred

An exception occurred in driver: SQLSTATE[28000] [1045] Access denied for user 'xxx' (using password: YES)

[Doctrine\DBAL\Exception\ConnectionException 0]"
 

The DB-PWD is ...SzK?% 
On the end its an %

In the parameter.php  instead I see ...%%

I changed to the correct string, but however, it does not work.

Why in the installing-process  everything seems in order, but after there are problems?

When the fix comes out?
