CMeier Software
Hello, I got the message "You do not have access to this category." on some of my categories in the front office, NOT on all categories. The group access is in ALL categories the same. The debug mode and log give me no real information about that. I checked the "friendly URL"-settings and the URL-rewrite-mod, that's all okay. I am using Prestashop 1.7.7.5 and PHP 7.3. I don't know what to do. Thanks for help and tips.
Danny
First: Edit the categories you cannot access and make sure "Default" is ticked under "Groups access". Second: Check if some categories are disable. Third: Clear PS cache, browser cache and browser cookies See if something change... Danny

See my first post, all three default groups are allowed to access the category. Categories are displayed. There is no enable setting, only display. Cache is cleared Nothing changed. OMG... My costumer installed a module for group restrictions by himself and do not notify me... There was a misconfiguration of that module.... Thanks for helping!!!!
