Log in to BO 1.7.7.3 don't work in prestashop

My clients can't log in or access the private account. Can you help me?

The error that appears every time I try to log in or enter MY ACCOUNT is :

This page is not workingproforstore.co.uk redirected you too many times.
Try clearing your cookies.
ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS

 

Describe the bug

As per title, when I try to login into my BO this not work. If I put a wrong password prestashop correctly tells me I'm wrong but if I use the correct data nothing happens.

 

Expected behavior

Redirect to back office

1. Go to www.proforstore.pt
2. Insert username and password
3. Click log in
4. Here is nothing

PrestaShop version: 1.7.7.3

Currently used graphic theme: tv_electronic_electron_1_7_v1
