willowtree Posted July 29, 2021 Share Posted July 29, 2021 Hello, I'm just getting started with Prestashop having used another cart for many years. I have tried the documentation but so far I'm struggling to manage the shipping part of the process. I'm in the UK so we use Royal Mail for most of our orders. I've got the rates etc all set up which is fine, but how do I actually process an order from placed to shipping? In my previous cart I would print off a packing slip (think these are called delivery slips in PS), then once picked and packed set the status to shipped, and download a csv of the orders to import into Royal Mail. I print the label etc from the Royal Mail system so I don't need to print labels from PS. How do I? 1 - select the orders I need to process and print off delivery slips 2 - export the shipping details to import into my carriers system?
