Symfony cache error

Good morning all,

I end up with a symfony error in front and back without changes, nor module installation.
Is this a server error? I dry a bit ..
I tried to empty the var / cache folder, but nothing helps ..

We are on a Prestashop 1.7.7
- PHP 7.2
- Apache 2
- Ubuntu

Hello,  You can check your cache folder permission is the permission is ok? secondly, try to force compile the template file from performance. It seemed that cache key is null here. you can change the php version to upper which version 1.7.7 work

"try to force compile the template file from performance": I do not have access to the back office How can I do otherwise? 
In php 7.3; do not change anything

The error indicate that it comes from Currency.php 265 no line. Is your site any currency was enable or some how accidental that value is removed from database. can you check
