Can't access back office v1.7.7.5

Hi, I am new to Presta Shop but I have installed many scripts so I am really baffled. I did a clean install of 1.7.7.5 and the front (user) end works but when I go to log in as admin it logs me in and then shows me a penguin. I can't do anything but look at the penguin. I am hosting at host gator php7.3. Does any one have any idea why the shop won't allow me to access the back office. Thanks in advance, Kevin P.

Please increase the memory limit of your site min 256mb,  If this do not solve the issue. Then enable the debug mode

 

 

Then you  are able to know what kind of error showing. If you post the error. Then community expert are able to answer you
