Please check the Mobile Login module that meets your requirement. Email address field is a mandatory filed to create account but using this module you can allow customers to create account using mobile number only.

We would like to inform you that please let us know the SMS service providers detail. We need to check the compatibility of the module with the SMS gateway. It will be good if you can share the name of the available SMS gateways in your country. Feel free to contact us for any further details.

The module is compatible with the PrestaSMS, Twilio and Sendinblue SMS gateway.
