Quantity update for combinations not work

Good evening,

I tried many times ... I'm posting now on the forum in the hope that maybe someone will guide me to a solution here ..

Now we have around 300 main products on the site, 20 of them have combinations, let's say another 150 combinations, I want them to be synchronized by our ERP, I found an export method via API in CSV, everything is fine However, the problem is when I try to load the CSV into the database.

Products without combinations are updated and the correct quantity is given to them, but those that have combinations do not change in any way, I do not understand why ......

I tried several import modules, such as easy import, the classic prestashop import version, but ... without success

I use multistore with 5 domains

Which ones have you tried?

Versions of PS, PHP, Mysql, server environment all could help.
