Oh ok. So... i was trying to help... but if you're unconfortable with that, please don't touch the db. My suggestion was to find the configuration table, set value =0 inside PS_COOKIE_CHECKIP to check if this could help. If not, you need to re-set value=1 inside the same place.

Please be advised that some kind of problems could arrive from different sources. That's why sometimes there's need to check step by step.
