Having the "From" email to show up with contacts email instead of store email?

Everytime I receive an email via the store, it says in the from field on my email as coming from my store name.  I want this changed so that when I receive a message from the store, it is using the email input in the email field that they put in.  Where would I go about editing the email template to do this?  I am on 1.7.7.4.  Thanks!
