yairsha Posted June 28, 2021 Share Posted June 28, 2021 Hi, I have a problem in the checkout & payment with credit cards, only when a customer uses Google Chrome on a computer. After the customer fills in his personal details in the checkout page, chooses to pay with a credit card and fills in his payment method details in the next page - he gets a quick message saying that his cart is empty, and he is returned back to the checkout page (when the cart is still full as it was), as if he didn't pay. Finally he is even charged for the product(s) he added to the cart, but does not receive the confirmation Email that users do get if they use other browsers or platforms - Mozilla, Edge ect; or Chrome on a mobile device.
