Drop down table with product variations and ability to add quantities to cart.

Anyone know how I can go about creating a table with various combinations for a product based on variables such as dimensions?
e.g. https://www.3jc.co.uk/industrial-shelving/new-longspan-shelving/apex-longspan-shelving
Once you select a variable such as height, the table generates everything of that product. Then if you select another variable, it sieves out everything that doesn't include the two selected.

I've spent ages searching, but many themes consist of the same features.
A plug-in external to a theme would do.

Anyone have any input?
