How to create top banners and control them from the back office?

Hi,

I'm still new with PrestaShop and the customer wants me to build 3 banners ( 2 at the very top fo the page above the header and another below the header ).

also, he asked me to build an interface in the back office to control these banners and display them on specific pages ( some will be displayed only in the home page while others will be displayed in all pages )

How can i do that? please help
