Guest
You got the right answer from @ComGrafPL If you have Nginx on your web hosting or server, you must have the mod_rewrite function enabled. In the Prestashop settings it is necessary to turn on URL rewriting. Next, you will need to clear the Prestashop cache and force recompile template. Rynraf
I was searching an answer, bceause this error appeared in my store (PS 1.7.7.7)... Strange but this problems looks that was connected with cookie sessions life-time. When I have ths problem in one brower, at the same time in another browser everything works fine. What I did to resolve it? I set much shorter time (12 hours) in BO for cookie lifetime for BO nad for FO. Then I clear browser cache - and works again :)
