Mail alert problem

Hi, 

I have some problem with the Mail alert addon from Prestashop. I'm recieving an email that I don't know where it's coming from because I don't know where it's configured from. It generates a discount without having given permission to do so.

Someone with the same problem?

Please could you specify your PS version and the module version.

Thank you for your reply. 

Prestashop version in 1.6.1.14 and module version is 3.7.0. I figure out what it's the problem but I don't know how to fix it. It has nothing about the mail alert module but with prestashop standar emails. Please, see the attached image with "voucher_new" template. Do you know if we can erase or desactivate one of this emails?

@SarahBaranes according to you last message, it seems to be an other module that generate a voucher (cart rule) and send this email. Is any module added, for email registrattion, or user registration couponing?

Hi, 

I only found this modules relatives to emails or cart. Anyway the "voucher_new" email template is a prestashop standard email. Maybe the problem is in the discount vouchers configuration?

Check in you cart rules, to find out the rule that generate a coupon and disable it. If not check also in modules like Mailchimp or Newsletters or Abandonned cart, sometimes you can configure it to generate a coupon.

I noticed you use SendInBlue, don't you have a automate rule under SendInBlue that generate a voucher?
