Modification of CMS Category Form

I've been researching about this for days now,

I'm using Prestashop 1.7 with a custom module

I just want to add a line in the stock Form, no link to a database, just a static table.

I don't have a lot of knowledge in Symphony but I've tryed a few things, I've tryed also using Actions Hooks, but without succes, can't find a suitable hook for the 'New CMS category page' in the back office.

If anyone have only a vague idea of how to do that I'm listening and I can search by myself.

I will be reporting my progress since I'm not come across a lot of content on the back office edition via module

If there is any lack of information I will be pleased to clarify/
