Modules Tab is empty

Good day,
Just loaded up the new PrestaShop V1.4.1.0 with the server info. as listed below:
However, My Back Office Modules Tab is Empty, as is my Payments Tab.
I have v1.3.2.3 Running on another site and have had no problems...

Please Help if you can....
