Product Default-Image - Display issue

Hello, I'm a newbie on Prestashop and I don't find any solution on forums. I need your help.

Installation type (new/update): Downgrade from PS 1.7.7.4 to 1.7.6.9
PrestaShop version: 1.7.6.9
Theme (default/customized):Child_classic (modified CSS and JS)
Code (original/modified):PHP original
Hosting: LOCAL
PHP version: 7.2.33
MySQL version: 5.7.31
Browser(s) concerned: Chrome, Edge

 

The shop works fine until you pick a product and then, on the single-product page (with or without combinations), on PROD mode (debug="false") the default product image doesn't appear.

On DEV mode (debug="true"), I get an error message :

It have been working very well on the old site version, with Prestashop 1.7.7.4. I re-use the child theme files and the database.

Thank you, that looked promising, but it doesn't resolve my problem. I modified the product.php file, restart Wamp, regenerate the thumbnails on Prestashop Dashboard, clear the Chrome cache and the Prestashop cache. It didn't change anything. I really don't know where to search. I think it could be a problem with my child theme, I created it with Prestashop 1.7.7.4 and just copied the files in my project with PS 1.7.6.9. Is there many differences between the 2 versions ?

Hey there !

I found what was my mistake during the downgrade : I copied both themes classic & child_classic from my shop in 1.7.7.4 version. Only child-theme was required.

I make a clean install of PS 1.7.6.9 and recover classic theme from it.

So, it works ! 😄 

Thank you for your help, and sorry, I thought it was a bug because at first, the downgrade went well (looked like, though).
