Database massive update

Hi,

Through an UPDATE of DB i have set al values of the id_tax_rules_group column of the table  ps_product at 106 (which corresponds to VAT at 5%), but on the site the product have kept the VAT they had previously.

For example:

this is the VAT table in the BO of my shop:

 

This is a sample product: 

he has 4% VAT (ID 97), but in the DB the vat is set with id 106 (5% VAT):

and it is like this for almost all products, I have already cleared all caches and nothing changes, do you know how to fix?
