Bug by Category rule discount saved as a home category instead of chosen category

Hi

I have a problem!! Please Let me know if you have any idea..

I  added a specific category discount for specific group but when I go back to edit them the categories Switch’s to be home category and when I will save it it will give discount to the all store.

Also when I choose many categories after I save it will be only one category home(2)
