yizlo
HI there, newbie here and wondering if anyone knows if I can change the Help information provided by Prestashop? We are rolling out an ecommerce website with multiple stores, and each store will manage their own order dispatch and click and collect. We're planning to limit access to the back end Prestashop screens so each store will only be able to view orders, dispatch them, and manage returns. So, we'd also like to edit the Help section so that only the pages relevant to the stores tasks are displayed. Is this possible? Also, we're building some custom functionality and would like to include instructions on how to use this functionality in the Help pages in the Prestashop back end screens that stores will see. Is this possible? Thanks!
SmartDataSoft
Hello, First of wellcome to use PrestaShop . 1. In PrestaShop you can use multi store features, and shop wise you can assign user and restricted . 2. You can use crazy elements to build pages in your site, where you can create custom widget to add in your site. Other than content you need to create custom PrestaShop modules for your site. It is difficult to add help in PrestaShop backend. You can created a custom controller and add content their. Hope you will got some idea about PrestaShop
