dragon_sa
I am running 1.7.7.4 on a Centos VPS with php 7.3, nginx, smarty, opcache and memcached When trying to edit products with many combinations the site almost comes to a halt and I am waiting a long time for things to load, how can I start debugging this to sort out the issue, debug profiling doesnt work very nice in the backend. I have the Quick Edit products module installed from SeoSA and that is also slow when trying to edit combination products EDIT: I have attached the homepage debug profiling report Edited June 8, 2021 by dragon_sa (see edit history)
dragon_sa
I have rolled back to 1.7.6.5 and the speed is much better now, even with all 3rd part modules and overrides disabled made no difference, also upgraded to 1.7.7.5 and that had no effect
musicmaster
You can also use Prestools for mass edit. It is mostly free. As it works outside the Prestashop engine it is a lot faster.

I have a dedicated VPS, Centos7 with 2 cores, 4gb of dedicated not shared ram and 100gb SSD storage, so I dont think the server is at play here Edited June 18, 2021 by dragon_sa (see edit history)
