Where to find Product Upload Form [Unit price issue]

Hi there,

We are trying to change the way we display products price to show the price per unit field. (IE 9,00€/pound)

The first step we would like to take is to change the unity field type. By default it is a TextType field but we want to modify to use a ChoiceType field instead to get consistent information. In order to achieve that we was wondering where to find this form so we can study the code and search for a solution. 

The end-ponit idea is to implement a marketplace module looking for allow users to upload their own products with $unit_price. 

Does anyone know where to start?
