Adding TinyPng Api to PrestaShop 1.7.6 (needed to free photo compression module)

Hi I need a little help with installing the tinify API (graphics compression system)
I have the most ordinary hosting and on it is installed CMS PrestaShop 1.7.6 
Through ftp I can see /vendor/composer. In the API documentation there is information that Composer should be installed. However, I don't know how to "connect" and "add" it (my skills end with Cms installation) 
Or maybe it can be installed without Composer?

Forgive me for my lack of knowledge, I'm trying to make up for it while not spoiling the site

Just download the last version from https://github.com/Benichou34/tinify/releases and upload ZIP into the backoffice.

I installed the latest module, configured it and I have a problem. 
It is stuck on "running" status and nothing happens for a long time. On the Tinify side I see that no photo has been uploaded.

When I click "run now" I get error 500 and when I return to the module it has stus "running"

It seems to me that this module will not work without installing the Tinify API client.

The module is for presta 1.6, you have 1.7 it will not work
