Probleme site prestashop http error 500

Bonjour a tous

J'ai vraiment besoin de votre aide.

J'ai une erreur http error 500 qui s'affiche sur mon site depuis quelques semaine.

J'ai consulté quelques forum afin de trouver une solution ou on m'a dit d'activer le mode debug sur prestashop. J'ai finalement pu activer le mode debug mais c'est en ce moment ou s'affiche plein de probleme a regler mais en vrai j'ai un peu de mal a gerer tous sa et j'aimerais trouver de l'aide ici.

Voila ci-dessous ce que sa m'affiche comme problème:

Je te conseille de masquer au moins le mot de passe ;)

Sinon tu as plus d'infos à nous donner ? C'est un site en prod ou en test ? Je vois du localhost.
Tu utilises quel environnement de test si c'est le cas ? 
Je ne suis pas sure mais je pense que ton problème vient de ton serveur.

Donc vous n'êtes pas la seule !

Je suis chez OVH. Après contact avec eux, ils m'ont dit d'améliorer la configuration de ma base de données...En bref, débrouillez-vous.

On m'a suggéré que mon site avait été piraté, parce que j'avais la 1.7.7.0 et que maintenant c'est la 1.7.7.5....Je ne crois pas que ce soit le cas.

Je n'ai pas trouvé la solution à ce problème.

Je n'ai pas eu le temps de m'en occuper étant en pleine saison pour moi, mais j'envisage de tout ré-installer en tachant de récupérer la base de données pour garder les fiches produits, etc...

Si vous trouvez une solution autre, merci de m'en faire part !

Bonjour à tous,

j'ai eu le même problème (1.7.8.4 á 1.7.8.8). Après avoir cherché pendant un certain temps, j'ai découvert que le "Interclassement" de la base de données de certaines tables était sur utf8mb3_general_ci au lieu de utf8mb4_general_ci. Tous les Tables ont changé en utf8mb4_general_ci et le site fonctionne à nouveau.

C'est une solution qui a fonctionné pour moi. Sauvegardez d'abord votre base de données avant de passer à cette étape. J'espère que cela fonctionnera pour vous aussi.
