1.7.7.4 Bug when try to go to "International>Localization"

Hello Friends !!

I'm installing the Prestashop 1.7.7.4 in a new page, i'm already have a page with Prestashop 1.6 and works very good, now i'm trying to put this new Prestashop version in other page, when i go to the admin page everything looks good, but when i try to go to "International>Localization" i get this error:

 

Oops... looks like an unexpected error occurred.

An exception occurred while executing 'SELECT t.* FROM psvm_timezone t': SQLSTATE[HY000]: General error: 2006 MySQL server has gone away

[Doctrine\DBAL\Exception\DriverException 0]

 

I'm already reinstall the system 3 times, but the Bug still there.

For the moment it's only happening when try to go there "International>Localization"

Any idea to fix this bug?
