biolinesto Posted June 1, 2021 Share Posted June 1, 2021 Hi, I installed the packlink module (general carrier) and after installing the Http 500 error (blocked access in the back office and front office). The module was deleted, but not uninstalled, which left the name / title in the back office. After that, this installation started a blockage at the billing level, and not only, I can't see the customers' data, I saved money in my account from an order that appears in my back office as it is canceled, I can't open it to see what it ordered etc. Other information: There is already a module installed called Mondial relay (carrier), and the packlink module also contained the Mondial relay carrier and I think a conflict has occurred and a friend told me that he rewrote some files with the installation.
