congreats
Hi! I have a Prestashop 1.7 webshop running on my server. It works completely fine. But now I need to move it to the server of my customer. But when it is there and I have changed everything the front gives me a completely white page. Nothing loads. There is no PHP error as I have tested to "echo 1;" and it shows me number 1. I have kinda figured out that the theme is the devil. Or better said, TPL is the devil. But because I get a completely white screen I can't see what the error is. It doesn't show errors, even though error reporting is turned on. The backend does work fine and I can completely use and visit that. But for some reason the front side doesn't work. Does anyone know what the error could be? Thanks in advance! - Nick van Kesteren

congreats
Hi! Thanks for your answer. I checked but debug mode is already enabled. I can share the login data with you, maybe that helps figuring out what the problem is. Thanks in advance! - Nick van Kesteren
El Patron
Hi Nick, when posting make sure to include your shop specs, advanced parms-->information (I think lol)....copy that and post with question/issue....else it's 20 questions. I suspect that you have incompatible php level on other hosting. you can check php support levels on link below. it's important to always post exact ps version and php level when posting with technical issue. https://devdocs.prestashop.com/1.7/basics/installation/system-requirements/
