Phil2Fer65
Help please !!!! d'avance merci Philippe
musicmaster
Hard to say as we don't know what was in the import file. My approach would be to have a look in Phpmyadmin and looking for differences between the imported and the other customers. The ps_customer and ps_customer_group tables are good places to start,
Janett
It seems related to this issue https://github.com/PrestaShop/PrestaShop/issues/24583
Phil2Fer65
Thanks musicmaster. In fact I checked already these tables and didn't notice any difference between imported & backoffice created customer record. Anyway, I found a way : I import twice the customers_import.csv and it seem's to solve the problem !! I don't understand this" miracle" !
Phil2Fer65
Thanks Janett, The date field was correctly filled. See my precedent answer to musicmaster : I wanted to check if a second import would lead to get twice the records. The second import acts as an update and it "solved" the problem....
