Ps_cashondelivery/validation erreur fatal

Bonjour

lorsque qu'un client fait une commande sur mon site quand il veux valider la dernière chose pour le panier il met une page blanche erreur fatale

d’où cela peux t il venir

je suis sous la version 1.7.7.1

Bonjour,

Passe ta boutique en mode maintenance (elle est clairement bugué) et mets toi en mode debug pour afficher les erreurs.

Le code source du fichier ne nous aidera pas sans connaître l'erreur.

une personne aurais t il une idée pour mon problème ?

je ne sais pas si cela interresse quelqu'un sur le forum ....

le problème semble t il résolu  j'ai remarquer que la Key sécurité de la table _car et la table _costumer était différente hors elle devrait être identique

j'ai rectifiée la Key dans la table _cart et la commande a été validée

comment cette erreur peu t elle arriver ?
