Simple instant checkout page

Hi there,
i have a question, maybe you can help me. After the user put some item to the cart, he will get the "login page". There are 3 options for him: Create your account, Already registered?, Instant check out.

I would like to have for buyers only one option - Instant check out. I do not need their registration. Its very simple webstore.

Any ideas ?
