Customer redirected to cart page after comleting payment process with a credit card

Hi,

I'm using Prestashop 1.6.1.24, and a customer noticed a problem during the order process. After he filled in his costumer details in the cart page and then moving on to the page where he filled in his credit card details, he was re-directed to the previous page (customer details) - instead of the homepage or a thank you page (that exists, but is not the default re-direction page of the site).

After this error occurred, the order was confirmed by the payment connection (Tranzila in Israel) but the customer didn't get a confirmation Email as it's supposed to be in a successful order.

It's the first time I see this kind of an error, and it happened only with the credit card payment method, not with PayPal.

What should I do to solve the problem?
