My Facebook Pixel is installed but it isn't showing

Hello.

I have installed the Facebook Pixel with a module. And the pixel is installed and it should be working. However, when entering our website the pixel helper tells us that there isn't a pixel on our website. Therefore, we cannot track any other activity on the website.

However, after a while, if I enter to the website, it looks as if I have an installed pixel. But I think it's something related to the cache or my cookies because when I clear them then it looks as if I don't have the pixel installed.

Can you please give me any support on this?

The Prestashop version we're using is the 1.7.6.8 and the module we're using is this one -> https://addons.prestashop.com/en/products-on-facebook-social-networks/50291-prestashop-facebook-module.html
