David S Johnston
Hi, I have been having issues with a prestashop site, and I have had no reactions to a request for help, so I am trying a different approach. To solve the issues I am having on my 1.6 install I want to upgrade to 1.7. I happened to have a subdomain into which I have installed the latest version of 1.7, I created the database, and the whole installation went swimmingly. If I look at the front end after the install, I have a website populated with the demo items. BUT, when I try to access the backend, I am obviously asked from my credentials, which I enter, and then I am faced with a screen that simply says : Prestashop 1.7.7.4 and my shop name. I used the control panel to set the PHP version to 7.2, because during the installation it seemed that it was on 5.x by default. Does anyone have any idea as to what is going wrong? Thanks in advance, Dave.
