Finding products

Hi

Prestashop version 1.7 something....

My shop is online, but no matter what I do I cannot login to admin mode or whatever you call it.

So where in the world do I find my current products in my prestashop?
Where are they hidden?

I mean what folder/location call it whatever you want, I am not a programmer just a user.
I need to move this out from my old shop and try to move it to the new one since I get no support from anyone how to solve a PHP peak that does not give me access to my admin login site.

Right now my shop is ruining me completely since its possible to place orders but nothing works on my site. HELP please!!!

Where are my products listed in the folders in the shop I have?
There is no "product" library or similar anywhere, not in the Mysql location not in Prestashop folder, where in the world are they hidden?

Your product is save in database only you can remove there. Depend where you install prestashop you can to search the name of admin is C:\..\<name_shop>\admin1234. You can access in browser www.prestashop/admin1234

Your products are not in a directory. They are in the database. In the file system you can only find the pictures.

There are numerous options: if you lost your backoffice password there are forum posts about how to solve that. If you get an error message you can ask questions here while providing all the details of the error. And you can use Prestools Suite to maintain your products without accessing the backoffice.

But any such option will require time and effort from you to understand the technical details. If you aren't prepared to invest such effort you better hire someone.

Hi.

Thank you for your reply.
The MAIN problem is that my admin login only returns a blank page. This issue is closed since noboyknows why.

So now to the MAJOR problem.
I need to export my products. Yes they are in a database, but where?
Have been looking everywhere for it but cannot find it. It must be somewhere right, so where is it hidden?

No, a database is not "somewhere". It is on the database server that you access with a separate login name and password. You will need Phpmyadmin for that. But given your lack of knowledge of even the most basic subjects I wonder whether that is a good idea.
