Question about dev environment

Hello ,

I want to develop a module in 1.7.7

So I begin to installed a dev environment in my new computer ( windows, sorry )

I Installed :

- Docker desktop with mysql  and prestashop dock

- WSL2 , with ubuntu 20.04 system, PHP-7.3

- PHPstorm ( project/directories from ubuntu )

 

I think I don't understand all about devdocs, symfony and composer version

May I install last stable version of symfony ( 5... ) or 3.4 ( the 3.4 installer seems not downloadable actually )?

same question with composer version please ?
